Beginner's Painting Workshop for New Students

Never picked up a paintbrush, or have you painted for fun but never completed a painting you could display in your home? Want to gain a better understanding of how to paint a project from start to finish? At Tiggy's, we've developed an introductory course to painting geared towards new- and intermediate-experienced painters that not only guarantees you will complete a painting by the end of it, but also that you will learn the basic techniques that will allow you to complete many more paintings in the future! You WILL learn to paint - we guarantee* it!

"The Beginner painting program at Tiggy's is a comprehensive 4-lesson series designed to introduce the novice painting student to surface preparation, colour mixing and basic colour theory using the Traditions pigment colour wheel and a variety of brush techniques. Once the course is completed, the student will have the groundwork necessary to register for most other classes offered at Tiggy's. The Beginner Supply Kit provides you with everything necessary to start enjoying this personally fulfilling hobby! The Beginner's Workshop is a pre-requisite class for all other classes, and is a great refresher if you haven't painted in awhile."

**A deposit of $45 must be paid in order to secure your spot in a class. This deposit is non-refundable unless one month notice of cancellation is given before class starts. Three weeks notice is required in order to transfer the deposit to the next Beginner's Class. Balance of fees are due and payable at least 2 weeks prior to class start date.
